Santa Cruz The known, extensive repairs on an old vehicle and the major servicing of a newer vehicle were all done timely, and with good communication and customer service along the way. I think Specialized has only gotten better in the seven years I have been taking cars there, and Rick is an excellent and knowledgeable rep. mikeo

Santa Cruz I have loved Specialized since I bought my car from them. I have always had good service, been kept abreast of what my car needed, and been called for every detail. I was glad to hear the south county location works on all any makes of cars (just in case I don't replace my current car with another Volvo). I love the service. Aaron and Jeremy are super professional and always helpful.
