Santa Cruz Once again, Specialized Auto has saved my Olvo from the junkyard. It does not break often, but when it does it is something that needs their touch. This time, the 740 wagon was discharging only while I drove it - it checked out perfectly fine when towed in. All the tests were run, I had a loaner from them - and they asked if they could keep it overnight for further testing. They went in under the hood and while closely inspecting things, they noticed a slight smoky odor - which led them to a burnt voltage regulator that was only malfunction under a heavy load... The complete diagnosis and repair was under $200 and I am impressed with the service I received from each person I talked to there. Thanks again!

Santa Cruz had my miata repaired - new master cylinder - and as usual it was a dependable repair. I know we can trust the work done.

Santa Cruz If anyone is thinking about purchasing a used car it is strongly reccomended to have it inspected prior to purchase. I strongly reccomend taking the vehicle to William Michael Automotive! The shop is always very clean and well maintained and the owner and employees are very helpful, they will even give you a ride back home! This shop gets a very high rating from me.

Santa Cruz went there for an oil change + 42 point inspection, since I got a nice coupon on yelp, and I wasnt disappointed at all

Santa Cruz William Michael helped me decide how much work and money to sink into a 1999 Saturn SW2 for use by my teenager who needs a safe reliable car for 2 years. Instead of giving up on the high oil consumption, they made some modifications to reduce leakage and in turn, high oil consumption. They did not recommend some more expensive improvements and referred me to another vendor for a better deal on one part - saving me time and money. They were willing to work on an old model car and had the expertise to do a good job.
